GOLDfren DOT 4 is a premium specification brake and clutch fluid that is recommended for use in the hydraulic brake and clutch systems of all cars, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles. A non-petroleum-based fluid of this type is specified.
- Conforms to and exceeds the current international specifications U.S. FMVSS No. 116 DOT
4 and DOT 3, SAE J1703 & J1704 and ISO 4925 (Classes 3 and 4). - Mixes safely with other brake and clutch fluids conforming to the above specifications.
- Typical Dry Boiling Point: 269°C (516°F)
- Typical Wet Boiling Point: 159°C (318 °F)
Note:
Not suitable for vehicles with mineral oil systems (e.g. certain Citroën models). If in doubt consult the vehicle handbook.
