30 day returns on all non-clearance items, in original unused condition with packaging intact. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Thanks for your review, As we spoke about on the phone the other day. you have recieved the right Thigh load pad and the left has gone on back order.

You insisted you wanted to keep it on order and wait for it to arrive.

I have just issued you a refund for the left thigh load pad and you can re purchess it when they come back instock in November.
